In Colombia, we offer an opportunity for a Product Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of the local Marketing Plan for assigned products and indications. This role acts as a strategic orchestrator, effectively integrating the field force with digital and hybrid channels to deliver a consistent, relevant and customer-centric omnichannel experience. In parallel, it ensures strong alignment with the global brand strategy, excellence in execution, and efficient, accountable budget management.
Role Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager within Specialty Care (Rare Diseases, Neurology, Nephrology, Hematology, Endocrinology or related areas).
Experience in product launch and/or pre-launch environments.
Demonstrated leadership of omnichannel and digital marketing strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and digital engagement tools.
Strategic thinking combined with strong execution and prioritization capabilities.
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments.
Advanced Excel skills (BI tools are a plus).
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
Support the Franchise Head in defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap and annual Business Plan.
Lead the local brand strategy, including positioning, segmentation and lifecycle management, in alignment with global guidelines.
Design, execute and continuously optimize an omnichannel marketing strategy, integrating field force, digital and hybrid channels.
Define HCP segmentation and micro-segmentation using behavioral, performance and digital insights.
Orchestrate integrated campaigns leveraging CRM, digital platforms, marketing automation, e-detailing, webinars, email and events.
Lead the end-to-end campaign management process, including briefing, agency coordination, material development, rollout, performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Develop promotional materials, sales tools and digital assets aligned with compliance requirements, brand strategy and customer needs.
Manage the approved promotional budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI-driven decisions.
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence and performance analysis to generate actionable insights.
Translate analytics and data into strategic recommendations and tactical adjustments.
Develop dashboards, reports and performance reviews to support commercial decision-making.
Ensure consistent execution of the global brand strategy at the local level.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Market Access and Training.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs and Medical Societies.
Participate in the definition and execution of Continuing Medical Education (CME) initiatives.
Brief and train the sales force, ensuring clear messaging, effective tools and strong omnichannel execution.
Conduct regular field visits with RAMs to gather insights and ensure execution excellence.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies and pharmacovigilance requirements.
Manage vendors, contracts and service level agreements.
Ensure the availability, quality and consistency of reports and insights for the commercial organization.
Strong digital and collaborative skills: Teams, Copilot, AZChatGPT, PowerPoint, Power BI
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or healthcare-related disciplines.
Postgraduate degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
